Payment ($350 + GST, 5%) is required.
Full engineering signed and sealed reports with solutions. 90 Minutes’s Engineering Inspection. Additional Charge ($200 + GST) will be applied after the initial 90 miniatures.
Physical Property Tests, Experiments, Simulation are not included.

“Field Review Report” is only for general conformance of the plans/project(s) and specifications.
Comments or corrections made on during field review do not relieve Owner/Builder/Contractor from compliance with the requirements of the plans/project(s) and specifications.
All field review will be performed as per “Quality Management Guidelines” published by Engineers & Geoscientists in British Columbia (EGBC).

All deficiencies identified during the field review will be reported to the owner/builder and must be repaired, fixed, corrected, and installed as per field review report/instructions.
Some small deficiencies can be verified by pictures, documents, repair details, shop-drawing without re-visiting, but this is not the case all the time.
Being determined solely by SB\Eng, re-visiting field review for additional inspection and verification will be charged ($200 + GST).
