Alaska State Capitol Seismic Retro Phase 2 and 1
The Alaska State Capitol Seismic Retrofit and Exterior Renovation Project is a multi-year Legislative Council Project to provide much needed upgrades to Alaska’s 85 year old Capitol building.
This project consists of a new 3 story, 92,000 square foot below grade parking garage with a 54,000 square foot, four floor office building and an attached 6,200 square foot Council Chambers building.

Bridge, Philip Ave. North Vancouver
The project included the design and casting of prestressed steel-cables for I Girder. The Philip Avenue Overpass was upgraded to minimize road and rail conflicts and reduce traffic congestion in the area.
Project Value: $32M
Project partners include Transport Canada, the Province of British Columbia, the District of North Vancouver, CN Rail, and Kinder Morgan Terminals.
Howell Hotel, Seattle, USA
The building, which is over 1 million square feet in size, will soar over 46 stories high and alter the skyline on 8th Avenue between Howell & Stewart Streets, encompassing an entire city block. It will be the tallest hotel in Seattle.
