Alaska State Capitol Seismic Retro Phase 2 and 1
The Alaska State Capitol Seismic Retrofit and Exterior Renovation Project is a multi-year Legislative Council Project to provide much needed upgrades to Alaska’s 85 year old Capitol building.
This project consists of a new 3 story, 92,000 square foot below grade parking garage with a 54,000 square foot, four floor office building and an attached 6,200 square foot Council Chambers building.

Bridge, Philip Ave. North Vancouver
The project included the design and casting of prestressed steel-cables for I Girder. The Philip Avenue Overpass was upgraded to minimize road and rail conflicts and reduce traffic congestion in the area.

Project partners include Transport Canada, the Province of British Columbia, the District of North Vancouver, CN Rail, and Kinder Morgan Terminals.
EVERGREEN LINE RAPID TRANSIT PROJECT
Construction for the Evergreen Line Project includes a two-kilometre bored tunnel with tunnel portals located in Port Moody and Coquitlam.
SB\Eng. has developed high performance concrete with polypropylene fiber, steel fiber, and normal reinforcement deformed bar and designed the tunnel with low-permeability & high strength concrete.
